I had a good experience overall. The updates were helpful, and I felt like things were moving in the right direction. My only gut reaction was that replies felt a little slow at times, but nothing that completely ruined the experience

I ordered from webuy and, i wasn’t expecting much in terms of speed. I was thinking, okay, this will probably take a few days at least. But then the dispatch email came through quickly, and before I knew it, the parcel had turned up earlier than I expected. Everything was packed properly too, so no issues there. It was only a simple order, but I was genuinely impressed with how fast it arrived. I’d definitely use them again if I needed something in a hurry.

I had to return an item, which I felt a bit bad about and was expecting it to be a hassle. Thankfully, CeX checked it over quickly and the refund came back sooner than I thought. Still wish the item had worked out, but the return process was actually really easy

I tried to place my order and the payment failed twice. After the second try, my whole basket just emptied, which was really frustrating because I had to start over. Support basically said something like, "it can happen if the payment doesn’t go through properly," but that didn’t really help much in the moment.

Customer service did get back to me and they sorted out my question, so it’s not like they ignored me or anything. It just took a little longer than I was expecting. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think the response time could be quicker.
